To begin the registration process for my child at St. Bernard....

Tuition
At the time of registration parent(s)/guardian(s) must meet the following criteria to receive the Parish Assisted Tuition rate:
1. At least one of the parent(s)/guardian(s) must be baptized Catholic and registered in the parish.  To be registered in the parish means that an updated registration census form is on file at the parish office and the family uses the collection envelopes. 

2. The parent(s)/guardian(s) must see that the student observes the obligation of attending Mass on Sunday's and Holy Days.

3. The parent(s)/guardian(s) must have demonstrated reasonable parish financial support on a regular basis by using their collection envelopes or personal checks in the weekly collection.  The exception to this would be for families that have just recently moved into the parish before registering their child(ren) in school. 

4. The parent(s)/guardian(s) must assist in parish fund raising events that benefit the school.

Tuition can be paid in full by the first week in May, or paid in ten monthly installments beginning in July. For additional information call Mrs. Nader, Business Manager at 353-4207.
There is a $100 per family non-refundable registration fee.  This fee is applied to the balance of your tuition.

Items Needed for Registration
You are asked to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and baptismal certificate with the registration form.  If you are applying for grades one through eight you must have a copy of your child's most recent report card and standardized test scores. 

St. Bernard's School Hours
Classes begin at 8:25 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m.  Students can come to school as early at 7:30 a.m. for $1.00.  Students can go to their classrooms at 8:05 a.m.  An after school program is also available from 3:00 to 6pm for $4.00 per hour. 

Bus Service
Our students are transported by bus from two school districts: Northwest and Three Rivers.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available.  Call the Parish Business Office (513-353-4207) and they will provide you with the financial aid form from Tuition Aid Data Services.  

Class Sizes
Average class size is about 19 students. The maximum number of students per class is about 30. Alumni News

Uniforms
Boys (Grades K - 8) wear navy pants and white or light blue shirts.  Girls (Grades K - 5) will wear a plaid jumper and white or light blue shirt.  Girls (Grades 6 - 8) wear a plaid skirt and white or light blue shirt.  More information regarding uniforms can be found in the      St. Bernard Student/Parent Handbook.
